Call for solar thermal expert to deliver training in Cape Verde

6 May 2024 – STAR C, CORE and ECREEE are partnering to support training on regional solar energy qualification frameworks and curricula for professionals in the field of solar thermal energy from the ECOWAS region.

The first virtual training, “Harmonisation and development of solar thermal curricula and training frameworks for ECOWAS region”, took place on 15-16 April 2024, aimed at professional education centers, vocational education and universities.

In order to collect more input from the main actors operating in the solar thermal market, ECREEE and CORE intend to carry out two days of face-to-face training for professionals in the field of solar thermal energy.

The workshop should take place in-person in the city of Praia, Cape Verde, at the Renewable Energies and Industrial Maintenance Centre (CERMI) ideally on 5-6 June 2024.
